Partner With Give A Day Foundation (GADF)

Is your nonprofit seeking volunteers to support special events or projects? We would love to partner with you! Below are the steps to get started:

1. Complete the Partnership Form
Please begin by filling out the partnership form using the link at the bottom of the page.

2. Initial Review & Site Visit
If we determine that we can support your volunteer needs, we will schedule a site visit to meet with your leadership team.

3. Partnership Activation
Once both parties agree to move forward:

• Your organization will be listed on our website and volunteer calendar

• Event details will include dates, times, number of volunteers needed, and a description of the project

• An email announcement will be sent to our volunteer network highlighting your opportunities

• Your volunteer coordinator will receive notifications (text or email) as volunteers sign up

Project Tools & Supplies

Projects are more likely to be successful when tools and supplies are not required, or when they are provided by the partner organization. As the beneficiary of the project, we ask that your organization plan to supply any necessary materials whenever possible.

Supporting the Mission

On average, volunteers contribute an estimated value of $15–$20 per hour in service. We ask our partners to consider making a donation to Give A Day Foundation or becoming a sponsor to help us continue connecting volunteers with meaningful opportunities.
